Our Home Modification and Maintenance Team



Natasha Currie - Administration Officer Natasha Currie - Administration Officer

Natasha holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently studying the Certificate IV in Community Services. Natasha reports directly to the Service Manager. Her main duties include administration, record maintenance and responding to customer requests.

David Willsteed - Metal Fabricator David Willsteed - Metal Fabricator

David has formal qualifications in engineering and boiler making and also holds a Pressure Vessel Welding Ticket.

David completed his boiler making Apprenticeship in Sydney while producing heavy steel work. He then progressed into high finish stainless and aluminum structural and architectural work. David has also built carbon fibre super maxi yachts, which entailed producing high finish components from stainless aluminum titanium. In 2009, David moved to the Mid North Coast and joined our team.

Michael Wilson - Licensed Carpenter, Concreter and Roofer Michael Wilson - Licensed Carpenter, Concreter and Roofer

Mick joined Home Modification and Maintenance in 2002, bringing extensive experience in general carpentry, painting, concreting and roofing. He worked in roof tiling/repairs on Sydney's north shore then moved to Wingham in 1980. In Wingham, Mick established his own home maintenance business, specialising in roofing and concreting. Mick also holds a current Green card.

Dean Little - Licensed Carpenter/Joiner Dean Little - Building Supervisor

Dean Little is a Licensed Builder and has formal qualifications in Building and Construction and Site Management. Dean also has formal qualifications in Bonded Asbestos Removal, Explosive Power Tools, First Aid, Training and Assessment, Manual Handling, a Green card and a range of Safety related courses.

After completing his trade in Merimbula in 1989, Dean gained a wide range of construction experience, working across NSW. This included cottage construction at Thredbo, working as the main contractor to a Central Coast retirement village and being a self employed contractor in the Manly and Sutherland shires. Dean moved to Forster in 1993.

Ian Paulson - Fabrication Trades Assistant Ian Paulson - Trade's Assistant

Ian has formal qualifications in Fabrication Trades Assistant, TIG welding, Bonded Asbestos Removal and a current Green Card.

Ian joined Home Modification and Maintenance in 1993. In 2008, he received an "Acknowledgement of 10 years or more of service" award from NSW HMMS State Council.

Ian enjoys making ramps and rails, welding, and working with stainless galvanised pipe and aluminium in the workshop. Six months experience with National Parks and Wildlife reinforced Ian's interest in landscaping and general construction.
